In the BARAKA simulation, participants work in small groups to map and prioritize stakeholders with conflicting issue priorities in the development of a Venezuelan mine. Teams have a variety of options in terms of which stakeholders to focus on and actions to take. As the simulation progresses, teams must respond to new events in real time.
