Report and Database
We explain the analyses described above and summarize their results in a draft report containing a detailed narrative along with supporting charts and other exhibits. Specific report elements include the following.
- A quantitative measure of the level of SLO granted by individual stakeholders and stakeholder types
- Identification of main issues of concern to individual stakeholder organizations
- Strategic classification of stakeholders and issues
- Visual representation of all stakeholder metrics
- Identification of greatest stakeholder-related risks and opportunities
- Development of hypothetical engagement initiatives (optional element depending on client needs and project scope)
- GIST-enabled scenario analysis comparing potential effects of alternative engagement initiatives (optional element depending on client needs and project scope)
In addition to the report, we may also produce a stakeholder database for the client. The client may periodically update the database, or we may do so for a reduced cost relative to the initial analysis.
